In 2004, Ms. Bender-Kelner founded Bender-Kelner Wills, Trusts & Estates, P.A., a boutique trusts and estates law firm. Prior to founding the law firm, Ms. Bender-Kelner was an attorney and partner in several Twin Cities law firms, and has devoted 25+ years to this practice area. She is Past Chair and present member of the Probate & Trust Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association,  a Fellow of ACTEC (American College of Trust and Estate Counsel) and has been designated a “Super Lawyer” every year since 2005. Robyn Ingber joined the firm in January 2009, bringing her legal skills and keen sense as a legal counselor to the firm. Nancy and Robyn work with a staff of four highly-experienced paralegals and legal assistants with an average of over 20 years of experience.
